Hi, I m Joan Jackson

“Finding the Right Raw for You can change your life.” This belief didn’t just shape my journey—it saved it.

I began my career as a civil rights attorney, determined to fight for justice and make a meaningful impact. But over time, I became disillusioned, and more than that—I became unwell. It wasn’t until I transitioned from the Standard American Diet to a Mostly Raw Vegan lifestyle that I reclaimed my health. That shift was so profound that it didn’t just change how I ate—it changed my purpose.

I knew I had to dedicate my life to helping others experience the same transformation. Helping others make raw food simple, satisfying, and sustainable is now the most important work that I do.

Through my books, workshops, and support programs, I’ve helped people incorporate more raw, plant-based foods into their lives in a way that fits their needs—without perfection, without overwhelm, and without judgment. Because real health isn’t about following rigid rules—it’s about finding what truly nourishes you.
